  • Weekly verbal check-ins (In Person – local to the Washington, DC area or Pittsburgh area, Skype, FaceTime, or by phone).  We recommend at least one check-in per month would be in person or at least face to face so we can take measurements of your progress.

  • Daily Check-In (email, text, or through Trainerize)
  •  

  • Trainerize profile (the same software we use for personal training clients) – You can connect your MyFitnessPal account to Trainerize.  
  •  

  • Customized strategies for your goals, lifestyle, activity level, and foods you currently enjoy

  • Recipes based on your goals and preferences

 
You can also save $50 and purchase your plan in 3 month increments.
