LaTasha Barnes is a 15+ year veteran of the athletic and fitness worlds. Having been sidelined from athletics during her US Army career first by a competition injury and then by a motor vehicle accident as a pedestrian – LaTasha is no stranger to pain, the power of positivity or great achievement. LaTasha worked hard to overcome the functional changes that those events imposed upon her body to become both an elite trainer and a professional urban styles dancer with Urban Artistry dance company. She has created unique programs to meet the need for enhanced fitness and functional training for athletes, busy professionals and those who are “fit living curious”. My purpose is to help guide you to your ideal self through individualized fitness, athletic or total wellness programming. “We’ll help you clarify your Dream, and then Believe with you and guide you to Achieve all that you dream – and more!”
