A Perfect Little Power Meal For a Traveling Personal Trainer

Kale, Cranberries, Blueberries, Strawberries

This is a great, quick snack for any traveling personal trainer. We would also say this applies to anybody who has an occupation where they have to travel a lot, either locally or even nationwide. Eating out gets expensive and often it is not the healthiest option. We know almost everyone up north is sick of the cold weather, but one purpose it does serve is keeping perishable food nice and cold. You can keep this snack right in your trunk. This is a quick recipe anyone can do.

Grab a nice container you can shut. Now, mix in your kale (since it has a neutral flavor and if do not already know, it is EXTREMELY good for you!), cranberries, formally frozen blueberries and strawberries. The blueberries and strawberries will also give a nice juice base you can stir with the other ingredients before you indulge for good health. This little power meal will give you loads of nutrients, plus it keeps you filled up with a low calorie count. Even though this mix has kale and cranberries in it, the blueberries and strawberries with their little bit of juice do a great job of naturally sweetening all of the ingredients.
