Eating Healthy Doesn’t Have to be Expensive (Pt. 1)

You’ve heard it before…eating healthy is expensive! Well, of course it can be! But, it doesn’t have to be. If you shop smart, know where to go, and what to buy, it can be quite economical.  You may become thin, but your wallet won’t.  Take a wild guess at what these four items cost in the picture?

Hint…it’s less than a typical fast food “value” meal. Sure, each item may cost more than five servings of ramen noodles, but eating ramen noodles on a daily basis will cost you a lot more in the long run with your health.

In case you were wondering here are the answers…

Wegmans Bag of salad (10.5 servings) – $1.99
