What you need is a realistic and sustainable program for diet and for exercising. Know what you can actually achieve when setting your weight loss goals. Keep in mind that trying to lose too much too quickly is not the way to go.
 

2. The Energy Gap

 
When trying to lose weight, you also have to deal with the energy gap.

5. Not Getting the Right Amount of Sleep

 
These days most people are not getting the right amount of sleep. The real value of sleep has been lost on people because of the busy modern lives that we are leading.
 
The problem with not getting enough sleep is that it can cause weight gain. That is because lack of sleep causes an increase in appetite. What is even worse is that it causes craving for foods that are high on carbohydrates and fat.
 
As you can see, it really is a serious mistake not to get enough sleep.
 
There are other equally serious mistakes which you can make which can cause you to regain the weight you have lost. You have to be aware of all the factors that can affect your efforts in order to lose weight.
 
By knowing about these usual mistakes, you can avoid making them yourself. You can effectively lose weight in a more effective manner. That would also be a lot healthier for you.
