These fabrics will pull the sweat from your body and allow it to quickly evaporate into the air. They are typically made from a blend of polyester and spandex, but there are other options out there. It’s even better if the clothing is seamless, as this allows you to exercise without those annoying and uncomfortable seams that could cause chafing.
 

Get a Good Sports Bra

This one is more for the ladies, but there’s no denying the importance of choosing a good sports bra. There are several factors to consider when choosing the right one. You could likely get away with a standard compression bra if you have A or B cups. These pullover style sports bras are the most common kinds. If you have larger breasts, then you should consider getting an encapsulation style sports bra. These are sports bras that have separate cups for each breast. Once again, exercise choice is an important consideration too. The more intense the exercise, the more supportive your bra has to be.
